WALKTHROUGH
- THE DEPTHS OF TARTARUS
IMPRISONMENT
Break free from Kratos' shackles after the cutscene. All the prisoners in this
area may be killed for extra green orbs - no matter
how forgiving you are, kill
them since you need these orbs. These people are wicked
anyway... and so is
our protagonist! Rush down the path toward the screen
and save your game at
the --SAVE PILLAR-- then open the --UNMARKED CHEST (PHOENIX
FEATHER [15/19])-- across from the save pillar.
Run back the way that Kratos came from and kill the
prisoners along the way for
extra health. The chains that are attached to the ground
(the attachment
portion) can be broken for some extra red orbs throughout
this area. Follow
the path until Kratos arrives at a split.
There is really no need for taking the right path, but you will find some extra
prisoners and engage in combat with Hades soldiers and
archers down that path.
Be sure to hop up to the raised area and defeat the
archers first! The only
real incentive for taking this path is the --BLUE CHEST-- in the back of the
raised area.
Back at the split, take the left path. A cutscene will
play in the open area
ahead. The openings will seal off in the next area and
harpies will attack.
Not to be mixed with the lesser Harplings, these fully
grown Harpies like to
stay at a distance then suddenly swoop toward Kratos.
The dive attack is
unblockable, so roll away from it whenever a Harpy suddenly
glows red then
flies backward to strike. In order to take down these
enemies, hit them once
or twice with any weapon then grab them. As long as
any hit connects then the
following grab will most likely connect as well. Grabbing
them will make
Kratos tear off their wings for a one-hit kill.
Slash the Harpies once or twice then grab them to kill
each one quickly. Move
into the next tunnel after the battle. Open the door
at the end of the tunnel.
Hades soldiers and archers will attack along the area
outside. Run toward the
group of three archers that spawn in the back and grab
them until they stop
spawning then turn your attention toward the Hades soldiers
and hit them with
Plumes or jumping Triangle attacks with the Blades of
Chaos. There is also an archer
on the suspended circular platform to the right with
the --BLUE/GREEN CHEST-- on it. Jump over to it and grab him then open the chest
if needed.
After the battle, walk up to the sharp tip of the ledge
in the background then
fall on top of the big chain. Run across the big chain then save your game at
the --SAVE PILLAR-- on the other side.
TEMPLE OF THE GODS
Power up your blades of chaos to level 5 if you have
enough - if not then power
them up once you get enough red orbs.
Find the rough wall to the side and begin to climb
it. Hades soldiers will
attack Kratos as he moves along the wall. Hit them with
Square or Triangle attacks to
defeat them and be ready to tap the L and R buttons
if any of them happen to
grab Kratos. Climb to the right while on the wall then
climb upwards and pull
up to the next area.
Harpies will begin to spawn once Kratos pulls himself
up. Use the usual hit
and grab technique to defeat them - attack once or twice
then grab. A gorgon
will spawn near the end of the battle. Hit her with
Plumes or Spirits of
Hercules and dodge her gaze. Some statues are in view
but don't run toward
them just yet. Run to the back left side of the sidewall
and open the --UNMARKED CHEST-- near the debris then head over to the
back right side of the
sidewall and open the --RED CHEST--.
Approach the statue of Poseidon (left statue) and statue
of Hades (right
statue) then grab the handle on each of them and pull
those two statues out of
the wall until they sink into the floor. A crank will
appear then the handle
will fold out once both statues have been pulled out.
Turn the crank
counterclockwise until the wall in the back (where the
statue of Zeus was)
rotates and reveals an opening. Let go of the crank
after the opening is
centered in the back.
Run through the opening in the back wall. Once Kratos
steps into the circular
room, the walls will rotate back in place. Follow the
hall up ahead. A door
will close behind Kratos as he steps into the new area.
A minotaur will spawn on the side of the room. Run
from the minotaur for now.
Hades archers will appear on the back right and left
side of this area while
the minotaur attacks. Run toward the groups of them
(two archers on each side)
and grab them all for instant kills then keep grabbing
them until they stop
spawning - the minotaur will not be able to harm Kratos
as long as Kratos is in
a grab animation. Once the archers are all gone, run
away from the minotaur
then roll out of the way of his ram and hit him with
a Plume or Spirit of
Hercules then repeat this method until he is defeated.
There is a --BLUE/GREEN
CHEST-- on the left side of the room if you need some
healing during or after
the battle.
Once the battle is finished, you will likely notice
the pressure plate in the
center of the room - this cannot be used at the moment.
Run up the stairs
through the doorway on the left side of the screen. A Hades soldiers will
attack in the room at the top of the first set of stairs
- just grab him to
death. Save your game at the --SAVE PILLAR--
THE CRYPT
The next doorway with the stairs will only lead to
a closed gate that cannot be
opened. Notice the dark section of wall to the right
of the next doorway -
destroy this wall with attacks. Run to Kratos' right
when he steps out onto
the walkway past the broken wall then open the --RED
CHEST-- at the end. Run
all the way back then sidle (push up against) the right
wall and inch across
the narrow ledge above the closed door below. Destroy
the center portion of
the wall on the other side then open the --UNMARKED
CHEST (PHOENIX FEATHER
[16/19])-- next to the switch inside then pull the switch
to open the gate
below.
Go ahead and jump back to the first floor and go through
the open gate. There
is a --GREEN CHEST-- and a --BLUE CHEST-- on the left
side of the room behind
the doorway. Run up the set of stairs in the back. Hades
archers will appear
in the top room - simply run up to them and grab all
of them. Pull the switch
after the battle to open the next two gates in the back
of this room.
|
|
Run up the stairs and the camera will show a dead body
in the chair up ahead. Open the --UNMARKED CHEST (GORGON EYE [14/21])-- to
the right side as Kratos
enters this area. Walk over to the shiny object that
sticks out of the wall
next to the gate and stand on the left side of it to
get a Circle button icon. Tap
the button to collect the ++CRYPTKEEPER'S KEY++. I'm
sure you're wondering
about that dead body back on the chair, are you not?
Walk over to the front of
the dead body then interact with it by pressing the
Circle button then tap the Circle button to make Kratos charge a kick and kick that skinny
joker and his chair
right off the side of the top floor.
Fall to the bottom floor via the side of the platform
with the broken ledge
(the one Kratos just made). Walk over to the dead body and pick it up with the
Circle button then carry it over to the circular pressure
plate in the center of the
room and press the button again to drop the body on
the pressure plate. A
block with a shiny keyhole will rise beside the pressure
plate. Walk over to
the shiny keyhole and press the Circle button to use the
cryptkeeper's key on the
keyhole. This will make a bridge extend all the way
across to the building
across the big gap up ahead. Run across the bridge then
save your game at the
--SAVE PILLAR--.
TEMPLE OF ZEUS
Across from the save pillar, open the --UNMARKED CHEST
(GORGON EYE [15/21])-- and the --RED CHEST--. Enter the building to the side.
A cutscene will show a
big gauntlet in the hands of the Zeus statue inside. The entrance will seal
off and two warrior
wraiths will appear after the cutscene.
If you have level
5 blades of chaos by now then about two Spirits of Hercules
will finish these
wraiths off once their shields are gone. Use The Efreet's
Demon Fury to shield
Kratos from their attacks if they try to surround him.
After the battle, run toward the middle portion of
the gauntlet design on the
floor. There is a shiny section in the middle of the
image. Face the statue
of Zeus and press the Circle button when the button icon
appears then rotate the
analog to pull the statue down. Run over to the left
side of the statue's
gauntlet hand then interact with it to take ++THE GAUNTLET
OF ZEUS++. Hades
soldiers with shields will now attack Kratos.
These enemies are basically the same as Hades soldiers
only they carry a
glowing shield. Use a charge attack from the gauntlet
of Zeus to destroy their
shield then fight them off as you would any normal Hades
soldier. While they
have their shield, they will only perform one basic
sword attack that can be
blocked.
Many of the gauntlet of Zeus' attacks may be charged
for greater damage. Use
charged Square or Triangle attacks to destroy the shields
of the soldiers then fight them
with charged gauntlet attacks. You'll quickly learn
that this gauntlet is
extremely powerful and it should basically become your
new primary weapon for
the most part. From this point forward press D-pad down
(directional pad down)
to switch between the gauntlet and the blades of chaos.
If you have enough orbs to level up the gauntlet of
Zeus to level 2 then be
sure to do so, since this gauntlet will come in much
handy for the battles
ahead. If you don't then be sure to level it up the
next chance you get.
Leave the temple then save your game at the save pillar
outside. Run back
across the bridge - the bridge will move back toward
the other side as Kratos
moves across it.
Run up to the now shimmering door that sealed off earlier
and attack it with
the gauntlet of Zeus to destroy it. Run into the hall
ahead. A cutscene will
show a spiked wall move down from the ceiling behind
Kratos then begin to move
toward him. Run down the hall then break the shimmering
wall in Kratos' way
with a single charge punch.
Break the shimmering statue of Zeus with the gauntlet
- one charged Olympic
Strike from the gauntlet will destroy it in one hit.
Break the statues on both
sides of the next room by using the gauntlet. Behind
the statue of Poseidon on
the left side is an --UNMARKED CHEST (GORGON EYE [16/21])--. Run down the
tunnel behind where the statue of Hades (on the right)
once stood. Open the
door at the end then step into the new area.
|
|
|
|
A few Harpies will spawn then attack - attack them
a few times with either
weapon then grab them. Climb the rough wall on the left
wall in the back then
step into the new area through the doorway at the top.
The exits will seal off
as gorgons and shield soldiers spawn in this new area.
Use the gauntlet on
both types of enemies and attack with Olympic Strikes
(L + Square) or charge hits.
Be sure to roll or use The Efreet's Demon Fury when
the gorgons begin their
stone gaze. It is best to focus on the gorgons since
they are the most
troublesome with their gazes and only about three of
them will appear. There
is a --GREEEN CHEST-- and a --BLUE CHEST-- near the
left wall during this
fight.
Once the battle is over, find the crank on the right
side of the area then
rotate it counterclockwise to lower a suspended platform
below. Run back
through the doorway then climb back down the wall (or
just jump off). Two
shield soldiers will attack. Move over toward the right
ledge and look for the
first pointed ledge off to the right (there are two). Once Kratos steps out
onto the pointed ledge, the camera will show a big chain
below him. Fall to
the big chain then run across it. Climb up the rough
wall on the other side
then hop across the gap in the wall and pull up to the
next area. Open the --BLUE/GREEN CHEST-- off to the side if needed then save
your game at the --SAVE
PILLAR--.
JAILS OF TARTARUS
Follow the tunnel up ahead then drop to the next area.
Harpies will attack so
perform an attack then grab them all. A new enemy will
surface during the
fight also.
These Cyclops arrive into the battlefield with armor
on their bodies that may
be broken through charge attacks with the gauntlet of
Zeus. Destroy their
armor then defeat them like you would any normal Cyclops.
They still have the
same unblockable Cyclops attacks while their armor is
on them.
Use charge attacks with the gauntlet of Zeus to strip
the Cyclops of its armor
as it appears. It pays to take down all the Harpies
before messing with the
Cyclops. Once the Cyclops has no more armor, run away
from it then charge an
Olympic Strike (L + Square) and unleash the attack as
it gets close then run off
and perform another - this will defeat the Cyclops very
quickly.
Destroy the stone piece on the left crank if you haven't
already. Rotate each
crank counterclockwise. The left crank will raise a
chain that will allow
Kratos off the current platform and the right crank
will lower a second
suspended platform back on the other side. Run toward
the pointed ledge off to
the left in the background then move across the chain
to get back to the other
side.
Upon jumping back to the other side, look off to the
right to see the two
suspended platforms. Jump to the first then make a very
extended double jump
to grab onto the side of the second suspended platform.
Leap to the ledge on
the other side. Hyperion's arm (chained titan) is viewable
off to the left as
he stands bound to the side of the cave. Follow the
tunnel off to the side
then open the door at the end.
The door will seal off in the next area. Run toward
the back left side of the
room and grab all the Hades archers to defeat them.
There is a red chest
behind a closed gate, but Kratos will have to get to
that chest from the other
side. Run through the doorway next to the door that
closed off and kill any of
the prisoners inside if Kratos needs a life refill.
Open the next door at the
end of the tunnel.
A cutscene that will show the chained Hyperion will
play once Kratos steps out
along the ledge behind the door. Open the --UNMARKED
CHEST (GORGON EYE
[17/21])-- on the far right side of the screen after
the cutscene. Run toward
the rough wall at the end of the path up ahead then
start to climb it. Don't
climb to the very top - jump across the gap on the left
then grab onto the next
piece of climbable wall on that side. Climb to the left
then have Kratos pull
himself up to the area in front of the closed door up
above.
Pull the door open then move down the path behind the
door. Search along the
left side of the rock wall and open the --UNMARKED CHEST-- on that side before
moving down the ladder. Climb down the ladder then open
the --UNMARKED CHEST
(GORGON EYE [18/21])-- beside the ladder then turn around
and open the --RED
CHEST-- near the gate on the other side and the --UNMARKED
CHEST (PHOENIX
FEATHER [17/19])-- near the next gate.
Climb the ladder again and return to the front of this
tunnel. Climb back down
the wall then hop back over the gap in the wall. Climb
to the top of the other
platform this time. This next fight can get a little
aggravating if you don't
kill off the first enemy very quickly. As soon as the
Minotaur appears, charge
an Olympic Strike then unleash it on him and then keep
hitting him with charge
Square punches. You need to defeat him fast since some
annoying archers will
appear on the back suspended platforms. Remember that
you can block their
arrows, though this doesn't do too much good when four
of them are shooting at
you. You can also make the minotaur shield Kratos from
the arrows by making
the minotaur stand to where his back faces the archers
while Kratos remains in
front of him.
To take care of the archers, reflect their arrows with
the sun shield - tap L to use the Helios Reflect and reflect their arrows right
back at them. This
may take a few tries and you'll need to learn the timing
for the quick arrows.
You can also use the Light of Dawn to fire light spheres
at them, but this will
quickly diminish your magic even if you open the --BLUE
CHEST-- on the left
side of your current platform. Light of Dawn does not
defeat them as quickly
as deflecting their arrows - also you'll leave yourself
open during the Light
of Dawn.
|
|
Once the archers and minotaur have been taken care
of, destroy the shimmering
rock on the left side of the current area then rotate
the crank that appears
counterclockwise to lower a suspended platform with
a red chest. Run over to
the platform after lowering it and open the --RED CHEST--.
Move back over to
the other crank and rotate it counterclockwise to raise
a chain between the two
suspended platforms where the archers were. Run across
the chain that appears. You'll get a good view of the titan, Hyperion, while
moving across the chains.
Save your game at the --SAVE PILLAR-- on the other side.
SHACKLES OF HYPERION
Follow the tunnel to the side and open the door at
the end. In the next area,
Hades soldiers and archers will spawn. Run toward the
group of archers in the
background and begin to grab them and kill them as they
appear. Grab them all
then fight off the two Hades soldiers with the gauntlet
of Zeus. Pull both of the two switches in the area to make the
big chains on the ceiling
move downward - this will allow Kratos to climb along
the ceiling. Find the
rough section of wall on the right wall then climb it. Climb up to the ceiling
then get on the ceiling and climb across it - the chains
should be out of
Kratos' way if you pulled the switches on the bottom
floor. Drop to the other
side.
|
|
|
|
Open the --GREEN CHEST-- near the right wall if needed
then open the --UNMARKED
CHEST (PHOENIX FEATHER [18/19])-- further ahead. Run
out on the ledge up ahead
then pull the switch at the end. This will loosen the
chain around Hyperion's
neck and make him move his head downward and reveal
a opening below. Run back
the way Kratos came and jump to the floor below.
There is now a wide open area on the left side of the
bottom floor. Run out
toward the open path and a cutscene will play. Grab
onto the right wall (the
rough portion) and begin to move to the left across
the wall. Attack the Hades
soldiers that climb toward Kratos and follow the wall
downward then to the left
and down again. Get off the wall then save your game
at the --SAVE PILLAR--.
CHAINS OF ATLAS
Jump onto the big gear off to the left with the shiny
handle on it. Harplings
will attack as soon as Kratos lands on top of the gear
so grab them and stomp
them. Grab onto the side of the handle then push it
along the gear in a
counterclockwise motion. Hades soldiers will spawn on
the gear then attack
eventually so Kratos will have to let go of the gear
and afight them off - the
gear moves extremely slowly backward, so you won't lose
that much time by
letting go. The best way to fight them off is to grab
one and kick it off the
side of the gear. To add insult to injury, kick one
and then press the Circle button again to snatch his ass back onto the gear -
that has to hurt!
Harplings will attack eventually, so just grab them
then continue pushing the
handle.
Eventually the gear will stop while Kratos pushes.
Jump to the next gear off
to the left - the camera can make this jump tricky,
especially since Kratos has
to jump at an angle. Grab the next handle on the gear
that Kratos falls to
then begin to rotate it clockwise by pushing on it to
make the gear move toward
the platform up ahead. Kratos will be attacked by shield
soldiers, followed by
one shield soldier and two harplings. Have the gauntlet
of Zeus ready to deal
with the shield soldiers.
|
|
Hop onto the platform on the other side once the gear
stops moving then jump to
the raised area up above. Approach the sword-like object
then face the middle
of the object and press the Circle button once the icon appears
then tap the Circle button when prompted to have Kratos charge the gauntlet
then knock the object
into the far rock wall. This will make a chain bridge
across the gap up ahead.
Jump onto the chain and run all the way across it. You'll
get a good view of
the area where Atlas was once chained. A cutscene will
eventually play halfway
across the chain.
Climb the wall behind Kratos after the cutscene. Pull
up to the area above
then follow the path ahead. Open the --UNMARKED CHEST-- on the left and the --UNMARKED CHEST (GORGON EYE [19/21])-- to the right of
the other chest. Use the
gauntlet of Zeus to destroy the wall up ahead - you
must use the gauntlet to
break it down.
Kratos will arrive back in the area with the saw blades
that move out of the
opening in the wall. Warrior wraiths and harplings will
attack in this area.
Run over to the saw blade opening and break them with
the gauntlet to destroy
them and stop the saw blades. Grab the harplings then
fight off the wraiths
with charge punches from the gauntlet. Charge punches
work very well for
separating the two wraiths since each punch will slightly
stun them, so just
keep charge punching then grab one of them when the
Circle button icon appears above
it. Run through the opening on the right side of the
area after the battle.
THE DOCK OF CHARON
Save your game at the --SAVE PILLAR-- up ahead. If
you've got enough red orbs
to level up the gauntlet of Zeus to level 3 then go
ahead and do so and the
gauntlet will help out tremendously in the upcoming
boss battle. Charon will
no longer open the door once the bell is rung. Use the
gauntlet of Zeus to
knock down the gate that leads to Charon's boat - to
hell with that damn gate,
we've got a score to settle. The gate will release tons
of green orbs and blue
orbs to refill Kratos completely. Run down the path
behind the gate until a
cutscene plays.
Attacks:
Slash Combo: Charon steps toward Kratos with two slashes
then performs two more
slashes as he tosses his scythe toward Kratos.
Green Fireballs: Charon teleports to a far side of the
boat then three green
fireballs appear around him. Charon launches the three
fireballs one at time
toward Kratos.
Charon's Wrath: Charon's face glows green then eventually
leans his head back
and shoots a green light from his mask that will wrap
around Kratos and burn
him continuously until it fades.
Teleport Shockwave: Charon teleports to one of the sides
of the area and holds
up his scythe then pounds the ground, making a small
shockwave upon impact.
Big Teleport Shockwave: Charon teleports to the middle
of the boat floor then
charges his scythe and unleash a green fire shockwave
that burns the entire
boat floor for a brief second.
This fight starts off the exact same as the last battle,
so the first portion
of the the strategy below is simply taken and modified
a bit from the last boss
fight with Charon. Like I mentioned earlier, there was
a purpose to those
strategies that I gave you for the last battle with
him - to prepare you for
this battle. Keep in mind that every time this boss
teleports he will unleash
blue orbs for Kratos.
Charon's slash combo can be blocked or deflected at
any point during the combo.
Kratos can also interrupt this combo with The Efreet's
Demon Fury - this works
very well if you have level 2 Efreet and mash the Circle button along with the
ground pound! Punish him with charge punches from the
gauntlet of Zeus while
he recovers from his slash attack. He will eventually
teleport to one side of
the boat then launch a group of three fireballs at Kratos,
one at a time.
Deflect each fireball by tapping the L button as soon
as the fireball is about
to hit Kratos to send it right back toward Charon -
do this for all three to
damage him badly. Deflecting the green fireballs will
give Kratos a small
green orb per deflection to give him some health. The
fireballs can be blocked
as well.
Charon will eventually teleport to the back portion
of the boat and green
flames will spew out from the bottom floor of the boat.
He will do this three
times during battle once his health reaches the halfway
point so watch him and
be prepared to react to this move. Notice the pillars
in front of the flames -
they now shimmer since Kratos has the gauntlet of Zeus.
Break either one of
three pillars to make Charon stop this move and return
to the bottom floor of
the boat. If you don't stop this move then Charon will
fully regain his health
and green flames will shoot out from around the pillars
then cover the bottom
floor of the boat and take off some major damage from
Kratos. It is best to
break a pillar as soon as possible when he starts this
move to keep him from
regaining full life. One Olympic Strike at level 3 will
break one and one
charged Olympic Strike at level 2 will break one.
This is by far the most dangerous phase of the battle,
even more so if you are
playing on a high difficulty. Charon will still use
the same attacks that he
used in phase 1, but this time he will add in his charon's
wrath attack that
will take some big damage if it hits and worst of all
it will leave Kratos open
to Charon's slash attacks! Watch for Charon's face to
glow green as he leans
back and shoots green light out of his mask - whenever
he does this, stop
everything and roll to the side to avoid the attack.
Roll right when he leans
his head forward in order to avoid it. An Efreet Demon
Fury will shield Kratos
from this attack as well. This move cannot be blocked
with the sun shield. He
will perform this attack very often, so you must always
watch for it and
constantly roll away from it or use The Efreet's Demon
Fury to avoid it. If
you must, run away from Charon and shoot Light of Dawn
light spheres at him to
hit from a distance - at least this will keep him from
performing charon's
wrath since he usually does it from mid-range. He will
eventually teleport to
the back of the boat once again, just destroy a pillar
and he will teleport
back down.
This phase is much easier than the previous phase,
but he is a bit harder to
hit this time. He will mainly teleport during this phase.
He will teleport to
each side of the boat and perform a ground pound which
will produce a minor
shockwave - just stay away from him or jump to avoid
the little shockwave if
Kratos happens to be near him. He will eventually teleport
toward the middle
of the boat then charge his scythe and perform a heavy
ground pound that will
send a shockwave throughout the boat floor. Move toward
him at this point and
jump right when he pounds the ground. He will take a
few seconds to recover
from this move and that is when you should unleash charge
punches on him with
the gauntlet of Zeus. He won't give you much time but
try to get in as many
hits as you can. He will start to teleport again eventually.
You can shoot
him with the Light of Dawn during his small shockwaves
but it's not really
needed that much. Dodge the shockwave then dodge the
big shockwave and hit him
again. When he teleports to the back of the boat, destroy
the final pillar.
Charon will jump from the top portion of the boat then
stagger as a Circle button
icon appears above his head. Run over to him and grab
him at that point.
Approach Charon's mask after the cutscene (it's on the
boat floor to the right)
and grab it with the Circle button.
Charon will separate his top half from his impaled
body and attack once again
when Kratos tries to collect Charon's mask. Charon's
torso will float in the
air and shoot green fireballs like before. Simply reflect
the green fireballs
back at him with the sun shield - the fireballs are
a bit faster during this
part of the fight, so you might not be able to reflect
all three of them at one
time. Once Charon falls from sustaining enough damage,
approach his body then
tap the Circle button while the icon appears over him.
++ = Random button press
>><< = Circle button tap
Kratos pounds Charon's face with the gauntlet then
+TOSSES+ Charon's body to
the boat floor with his back exposed. Kratos picks up
Charon then turns his
body around by slamming Charon's torso into the floor
and then Kratos holds up
both fists and +SLAMS+ them directly into Charon's face.
Not pleased with this
intense ownage already bestowed upon the ferryman, Kratos
allows the poor man's
plea for mercy to fuel his anger even further as Kratos'
whole world turns
white then he proceeds to >>POUND CHARON'S CRIPPLED
TORSO INTO THE VERY FLOOR
OF THE BOAT THAT HE ONCE COMMANDED<<.
A cutscene will play once Charon has been defeated.
After the cutscene, Kratos
will gain ++CHARON'S WRATH++ as he leans down to pick
up Charon's mask. Lucky
for you, some soldier satyrs will appear for Kratos
to try out charon's wrath
on. Face one or a group of satyrs then press R + Circle to
unleash charon's wrath.
Move the analog while holding both buttons to target
an enemy with the attack.
This will hit multiple enemies if they are right next
to each other. The green
flames that are launched from the mask will constantly
hit an enemy allowing
Kratos to run up to the enemy and get in some of his
own attacks. Use the
gauntlet or the blades of chaos to attack the satyrs
along with charon's wrath.
Once the fight is over, run down the ramp ahead then
continue toward the
building up ahead. I would suggest leveling up charon's
wrath as much as
possible for the remainder of the game - it will come
in great use in the
temple up ahead. Leveling it up will allow Kratos to
use it more times in a
row. Save your game at the --SAVE PILLAR-- in the middle
of the bridge that
leads to the temple then open the --GREEN CHEST-- off
to the right if needed.
