LIST
The following checklist lists all of the chests found
throughout the game that
may yield Red Orbs. This is mainly meant for those that
want to attempt harder
difficulties since finding every chests containing red
orbs is crucial to
survival. This will not list any green or blue orb chests.
Every Unmarked Chests will contain either a Gorgon
Eye, Phoenix Feather, or red
orbs. If the full amount of Gorgon Eyes and Phoenix
Feathers have been
collected then chests that would have contained them
will contain a few green
or Blue Orbs and a bunch of Red Orbs. ONCE 15 OF EACH
GORGON EYE OR PHOENIX
FEATHER HAVE BEEN FOUND, THE REST OF THE CHESTS THAT
WOULD HAVE CONTAINED THOSE
ITEMS WILL CONTAIN EITHER GREEN ORBS OR BLLUE ORBS ALONG
WITH RED ORBS.
The location description for each chest lists the location
name of the save
point that was last passed before arriving at that chest
along with a detailed
description of where to find that particular chest.
The save point location
name may be found during the save screen while saving
your game at a save
pillar.

must be knocked down (to the
right of it) on the shores of Attica.

to the left side of the

crank to open the door, roll
under the door then drop off the cliff behind it. Break
the wooden wall on the
back right of the area below the cliff to find this
chest along with another.

the Persian soldiers to
find this chest against the far wall.

Basilisk's defeat, this chest will be to the left side
of the hill that Kratos
starts on.

at the beginning of this
area and this chest will be on the right side of the
screen on the ground
below.

right in an alcove.

Location: The Temple of Helios - After fighting the
satyrs at the top of the
lift (after the first save pillar in the temple), find
the broken ledge down
the stairs to the right across from the shiny door and
this chest will be lying
on that ledge.

building has been pried
open, turn to the left and follow that hall until Kratos
has to make a right.
The chest will be on the right side of the hall after
the right turn.

the small hill then jump
to the ceiling. Climb across the ceiling and destroy
the stalagmites then fall
to the rock platform on the other side of the gap to
find this chest along with
a red chest.

sidle against the wall

been defeated, jump on top of the raised building area
up ahead and move around
the middle piece of wall debris to find this chest on
the other side.

Harplings that attack.
Destroy the cracked wall off to the side with attacks

first floor of the crypt,
run through the gate then move up the stairs. Fight
off the archers then pull
the switch to raise the next two gates. Run up the stairs
then move to the
right in the next area to find this unmarked chest.

outside the Temple of Zeus. It's next to a red chest.

above. Open the door and follow the tunnel then this
unmarked chest will be on
the left side of the tunnel.

and the archers that
appear on the back suspended platforms, destroy the
shimmering rock on the left
side of the current area then rotate the crank that
will appear counterclockwise to lower the crank that will have this
red chest on it. Run
over to the platform and open the chest.

Location: Shackles of Hyperion - After lowering the
chains via the switches on
the bottom floor, climb the nearby rough wall then climb
across the ceiling and
drop to the high ledge on the other side. This unmarked
chest will be off to
the right in the tunnel up ahead.

Location: Chains of Atlas - After the cutscene where
Kratos climbs the wall out
of Hades, climb the next wall then follow the path ahead.
There will be two
unmarked chests on the left side - this is the left
chest.

ramp behind the door and to the left of a blue/green
chest.

Location: Chasing Calliope - While on the lift where
Kratos must rotate the
crank in order to raise it, Kratos will be able to break
three cracked walls by
attacking them. Break the third cracked wall on the
way up to reveal this
unmarked chest in a hidden alcove behind the wall.

Location: Chasing Calliope - Kick through the door
on the right after fighting
the harplings, gorgon queens and armored Cyclops and
this will be at the end of
the hall to the left of a red chest.
