Here are some tips specific to Double Domination:

• Guard the control points. If you take control of a point then leave, there’s a good chance an enemy will take over that point, interrupting your countdown.
• If you are guarding a control point and see an enemy coming, use the Rocket Launcher and shoot at the ground near the control point, which could bounce away any enemies.
• With the translocator, place it on a control point, and translocate when an enemy tries to gain control. You’ll stop him, and get a telefrag.
• When trying to take control of a point while the countdown is on, go for the point, and don’t bother attacking enemies. If you touch the control point, you stop the countdown, so don’t worry about being killed.
• As in all other modes, know the map. Play in single player, and figure out where the control points are and where the powerups are located.
