How do you get to Mirage Island?
Go to Pacifidlog Town enter the house that is on the top bottom right corner of the town. The old man at the window will tell you whether or not he can see Mirage that day. It is very rare and doesn’t happen very often, so you need to be patient. He sees the island according to the ID numbers of the Pokemon in your team. Each day a RANDOM number will be selected, and only if you have a Pokemon on your team with that number will you be able to go to Mirage Island. The only thing on Mirage Island is a tree with Leichi Berries and wild Wynauts.

How do you catch Mew, Deoxys, Lugia, Celebi, and Ho-Oh?
This is one of the most asked questions that I have ever seen. As you know, Mew has been unavailable in the US for quite some time. The only way to get it is to use receive it at a Nintendo event or catch it in Emerald. To catch it, you have to obtain the Old Sea Chart, which will take you to Faraway Island. In order to get the Chart, you must receive it via Mystery Gift at a Nintendo event, or mix records with someone who has it already. At Faraway Island, you can catch Mew at lvl. 30. Most of the same holds true for Deoxys. Up until now, it has been unavailable in the US. In order to catch it, you must obtain it a Nintendo event or catch it in Emerald. To catch it in Emerald, FR, or LG, you must have the Aurora Ticket, which will take you to Birth Island. To get the Aurora Ticket, just follow the instructions on how to get the Old Sea Chart. To get Lugia and Ho-Oh, you must receive it at a Nintendo event, or have the Mystic Ticket to catch them in Emerald, FR, or LG. To get the Mystic Ticket, just follow the instructions on how to get the Old Sea Chart. As for Celebi, the only way to obtain it here in the US is to use a cheat code or obtain it at a Nintendo event. Celebi was given away at the 10 year anniversary last year.

How do I get a Pichu with Volt Tackle?
This is also a very good question. As you may know, Volt tackle has been one of the most elusive attacks in the history of the Pokemon games. In order to receive Volt Tackle, you must give a female Pikachu a Lightball (also one of the most elusive items ever) and breed it at the Daycare with a male Pikachu or Ditto. Once the Pichu hatches, it should have Volt Tackle as one of its starting attacks.

How can I catch a shiny Pokemon?
Shiny Pokemon are probably the rarest thing out there. You can catch a shiny anything, a Mewtwo, Oddish, or whatever. A shiny Pokemon is one that is a different color form its regular color; for example, a green Zubat. You can catch a shiny anywhere, but you have about a 1/8192 chance of finding one, even after that, you still have a 1/8192 chance. So as you can see, it is very rare to even see one in the wild let alone have one.

What are the teams of the Frontier Brains?
(FYI: the level of the Pokemon they use depends on what type of challenge you choose!)
  • Battle Pike: silver symbol: Seviper, Milotic, Shuckle
  • Gold symbol: Seviper, Gyrados, Steelix
  • Battle Dome: silver symbol: Charizard, Swampert, Salamence
  • Gold symbol: Swampert, Latias, Metagross
  • Battle Factory: for both the solver and gold symbols, the team the Brain uses will be random.
  • Battle Arena: silver symbol: Heracross, Umbreon, Shedinja
  • Gold symbol: Umbreon, Gengar, Breloom
  • Battle Tower: silver symbol: Alakazam, Entei, Snorlax
  • Gold symbol: Raikou, Snorlax, Latios
  • Battle Pyramid: silver symbol: Registeel, Regice, Regirock
  • Gold symbol: Moltres, Articuno, Zapdos
  • Battle Palace: silver symbol: Crobat, Slaking, Lapras
  • Gold symbol: Arcanine, Suicune, Slaking

    Can you clone Pokemon?
Good question. Ever since the cloning glitch in Gold, Silver, and Crystal, everyone has been wondering if you can clone them in the newer games. Well, I am sorry to say that this rumor is not true, you cannot clone in this game.

Where can I catch a Feebas?
This is probably the most asked question that is presented to me. Feebas is one of the most elusive and hard-to-find Pokemon ever created in these games. In order to catch it, you must surf the water just before Fortree City. However, there is a slight catch: Feebas onll appears on 4 “blocks” of water each day, so the chance of finding it is very limited. You must have patience and fish on every block at least a few times. Using a Super Rod is the best option of catching it. Once you have it, you can evolve it into the beautiful and awesome Milotic! Hope this has helped answer some of your questions about Pokemon: Emerald Version!

    How to catch Smeargle:

Smeargle will be found at artistian cave This is near the sodowodoo in the battle fortnier Use the wailmer pail on THE ODD LOKKING TREE an old lady mentions. The tree is really a sodowodoo. Catch the pokemon or make it faint. Move front and surf down the waterfall. Head left until you reach a cave entrance. This is artistian cave. Lots of smeargles can be found there (lv 40).
