Ok Elite Four Numero Uno! (Number one): Sidney! Before venturing into the elite four it is recomended that you create a team with almost all pokemon at least at lvl 60. You should have a well balanced team with strong Electric, Fighting, Fire, Water, Ground, and Ice type pokemon. Ghost&Dark type are also recommended. Make sure to have stat boosteres and the quick claw being held by one of your pokemon they help. If you are going to challenge the elite four, the only items you need in your bag are a fair supply of these (about 10-12 of the following): 1) Revives. 2) Max/Hyper potions. 3) Full Heals. These all cost lots o' $$$ but its worth it. Sydney mostly uses Dark type pokemon. In fact, all of his pokemon are at least half Dark type. Here are his pokemon and lvls:
NAME LVL TYPE 1)Mightyena 46 Dark 2)Shiftry 48 Grass+Dark 3)Cacturne 46 Grass+Dark 4)Crawdaunt 48 Water+Dark 5)Absol 49 Dark
I personally recomend a good fire type (like blazeiken) that also knows non-fire moves (for crawdaunt). Most people recomend Ice, Electric, and Fighting type moves/pokemon. I will soon post number 2 in elite four. Hope I was helpful!
