Thats not spam, hes asking a question. Foreign language is not against the TOS.

And you may want to follow this topic...It was pretty bad in the beginning, but then Golden1 and Shibby brought it back up. I just dont know if the n00bs will bring it back down again.

He spammed in my topic along with making numerous topics for people to chat and so he can get a 'best buddy'.

Very annoying, along with all his other spam.

Either request a ban or at least warn him. Maybe that will stop him.
