first problem is the completed percent of the game that i have completed all the races,challenges and ... in the game ( they are no uncompleted races or challenges or .... in the game ).
what can i completed the game for 100 percent ?

That means u have not completed the game either online or offline...

Second problem
U need to first complete all available offline challanges and races, then it would only be available...
