First off, thanks for the wonderful trainer.
Not sure if I did it right, but I can't seem to get the cooldown to work. Everything else seems fine. While it (the cooldown) is not important to me, just thought I let you know it didn't work.
Not sure if anyone else has this issue. So if it's just me, no worries.
Are you sure we are talking about the same cooldown? This option is supposed to remove the basic/normal attack cooldown. Spells and special abilities however still have a cooldown.
I posted earlier about having problems with the trainer during character Creation when i want more attribute Points. The problem remains after I re-downloaded the trainer. I've also disabled my antivirus which is Norton. I followed the trainer instructions and spent 1 Point first and then pressed the option, numpad 8. However, after that i cannot spend any Points which are left in the bottom, atm 7. And the Arrows next to the attributes i want to increase dont do anything. Everything seems frozen instead.

I have a weird issue with my trainer.
Downloaded, started as admin, nothing happened, wouldn't even show that it is running.
Deleted, tried to dl again, disabled AV, and now when I start it it says user banned?
All my other trainers work btw.
Sent an e-mail for support but have no idea what to do..
This is typically caused by Windows Defender which needs to be completely disabled. It can also be any other AV, firewall and other security software or your router/firewall blocking the authentication request.
But why does it say "Invalid trainer user!"
This user have been banned?

It means something is blocking the trainer from authenticating with our server. We've seen this a lot lately with Windows Defender which must have all realtime scanners shut off, trainer folder excluded and a reboot. You could also try an offline key but those will only work if your internet/network is completely disabled or unplugged.
