Definitely the most wanted thing I wish to see for the game (not necessarily in a trainer) is unlimited trait points (and picks) as well as unlimited government ethics points.
Other than that, fast research (if possible) and unlimited resources (credits and minerals) as well as a way to increase or decrease influence.

The trainer was not available by the time I made my post. I even went back after posting this and noticing how it was completely cashed in for credits, with no trainer available. I do see it now however.
