If I knew how I'd be more than happy to, problem is I've never been able to make a fixed .cht file with CoSMOS.

Never understood how to make a cheat table that finds the correct adresses again automatically.

You have to find the pointers - static addresses - for the addresses you find (pointers appear in green). You can find pointers by right clicking on the address and using the "find out what reads/writes from/to this address" options.

Some pointers can just have one level, others have multiple.

You can find a great tutorial on Pointers and Multilevel pointers here, if you're interested, in steps 6 and 8 (labelled 7, but it's actually 8): Link

After you find the pointers, you just File > Save As like any other program to create the .cht file.

I'm using the chinese trainer that was posted on the page previous, it works fine except that when I get to the bear, I kill it then the demo freezes and I have to start over from scratch. I tried skipping the bear and going to the village and the game freezes when you get to the crowd around the elf chick who got stabbed.

Each time the game bugs out and you have to start over. I guess that the timer restarts too though.

I figured out that if you hit the "Home" key it turns off the Chinese trainer mentioned before. Do this before you get to the 2 points I mentioned above and it will not freeze.

Here is a CT file I made that should have the pointer for the demo timer for those who want it.

Just change the first number to 9 and you will get 160 minutes of play time
(I would advise not to freeze it as I found problems in some areas when I do)

Rather curious what problems you came across with it, as I only had a few hickups with timer frozen myself.

Also, tried finding the pointers, but for some reason the find what writes to this adress will not find anything no matter what I do, rather odd.

It was exiting conversations that I had some problems with.

I was not able to replicate the crashes with specific conversations, but did observe crashing in 3 separate occasions.
I have yet to experience it on my play through with just editing the time value and not freezing it.

It is however possible that it's a completely separate issue(being a demo and all) but I don't really want to waste time testing.

Oh... Did you return to your program when you had the debugger running?

You need to allow the timer to run down by exiting the menu otherwise nothing can be observed affecting the timer value.

    Thanks a lot!
I managed to freeze the timer but I also had problems with it when frozen.
Having this cleaner route and being able to simply increase it instead of freezing is safer IMO.
