Feedback, Complaints or Problems

I also am still having problem accessing the website. Mainly in Chrome or other chromium base browsers. As Edge also gives the "DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN" error.

I am writing this via Firefox. the site didnt work in Firefox. until i did something with the URL i think i tried with and with www. and then it started working.

Hope this information helps. I will wait patiently for the issue to be resolved.

Since I am almost certain I can't link to outside websites due to server rules, here is the Xfinity DNS server list. I have to use PIA on an east-coast affiliate to even get to the site cause my DNS fails with Xfinity..
The Primary for the East Coast, CT, NY, MA, RI, NJ; are the first two.

If you rent an Xfi Gateway from them, these two are hard coded into the firmware and can not be changed. I have an entire list of US based Commercial ISP, DNS servers as well as what would be classed as private or 3rd party. It would certainly help to cross reference any blocks or gaps in the network firewall for the website. Though as I said I can't post the link to the list since it is outside the CH servers. If however, any admins or anyone from the Infrastructure Operations Team / Network Security Engineer team wants to PM me I can send you the link to the list.

In the mean time, here is Xfinity's list. As I said, east coast is majority run with the first two in the list.

Thanks, After adding this to the hosts file. I was finally able to connect after 2 days. Luckily the website loaded on the phone and I could see the thread.

Have the same problems here in the netherlands,with this errorNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN

I'm having a slightly different issue, All my trainers are working fine without an offline key, but I cannot access the site using my preferred browser (firefox). I CAN access it using IE (gag!), but what makes no sense whatsoever is when I go to downrojustme or similar sites, they all say cheathappens is offline. I've tried clearing cookies and all that, the site still wont load on firefox. Please help!

I use Firefox its working fine for me.

The site is failing DNSSEC validation. Your ISP’s name servers might ignore that, but public name servers like Google and cloud flare won’t.

It worked fine yesterday, y'all did something to the site, and now it wont load on the browser I normally use. Clearly something got messed up on your end, since nothing on my end changed, and all the "is this website down?" websites all think your website is offline
