No worries. Truely perplexed by your issue and wish we could solve it. It's either something with your mouse driver/software or with IE11 which the TM is based on.

I did some searching in the background while following this post, and found out that it could be caused by a disabled side button on your mouse as well. I am not sure if the same would be true in your case though, but you could give it a go.

As Chris said above, it could be a mouse problem. If you could, please check your mouse settings and I would also try to reinstall the driver for the mouse if possible.
