It doesn't scroll up or down on the side panel where the trainers are. was wondering what i should do?

Scrolls fine for me. are you using mouse wheel or dragging the bar?

Both, and the trainers at the bottom don't scroll upwards.

Windows had a recent framework update and yours may need to be repaired.

Try changing the smooth scrolling option in IE11 and see if it makes a difference.

nope, it's needed for most windows apps/programs
