Just redownload a new offline key until it's fixed. Found in trouble shooting on the right hand side. All games are doing the same thing.

Also affected by the same issue. All trainers I've downloaded so far. I'm guessing there's an authenticator offline somewhere with the new cryptokey vulnerability day0 patch that most places are probably rushing to patch their servers with.

We were attacked by DDoS few hours ago and are probably still under attack. While Cloudflare seem to handle it quickly trainers may still fail to contact to the server. Be patience or use an offline key. PWizard will probably leave a notice soon with more information.

The server was down for approximately 30-45 mins. If you tried to run a trainer during that time then it would not authenticate. Authentication should be working now and works fine when I test it. You may have cached the block. Try clearing all of your PC caches and reboot and see if that fixes it. If you can access the site with your browser then you should be able to access the site for trainer authentication.

How do you fix a issue when your not able to get a offline key?

Had the same issue myself, the offline trainer option works fine.
If you don't want/cannot use the offline, it is probably just a waiting game. The staff at CH seem to know whats up.
