It's been mentioned about 27 times in this thread that it will work if you start a new game. We do not yet know why it works for some people or not for others at later parts of the game. Savegames cannot be shared and when we tried to use another user's credentials Microsoft said we had to verify our account by text message, email, social security number and date of birth so we couldn't do that either. So, until we can find a free 18 hours to play the game far enough to figure out why it's not working late in the game, there is nothing we can suggest other than starting a new game. Caliber has been out of town all weekend and couldn't work on it. He will resume working on it tomorrow and try to figure it out and add more options along the way. That's the best and only answer I can give you.
