But basically the world is creating a "Memorial to halo: reach" dot by dot, person by person. They use a KUKA robotic arm that they have outfitted with a laser so that when a user plots some co-ordinates it tracks and places a dot in real time... aaaanyway enough with the technical stuff. If you want to get involved get over there and place a dot...
