There is an universalis Rome Gold Edition which includes Vae Victis currently on sale for $19.99 in the US Steam Store. Go to their web site & look under store tab. The current patch is 2.32 recently released 6 August 2010. Paradox Forum is a good source of information as well.

Sorry to revive a dead thread, but the latest trainer does not seem to work at all for the current Steam version of Europa Rome: Gold.
