At sometime before you got into that Melee combat you used the health cheat. What you need to do unfortunately is quit the game and close the trainer and start the trainer again and start the game again and as long you don't use the health cheat you will not have that problem with Melee combat.
Do you mean start the whole game over? I've tried closing both the trainer and game and reloading the chapter. I'm still having the issue without the trainer even running.
With the Definitive Edtion aka remaster just gone live for this game, will there be a update for the trainer to be usable in the remaster or there will be a separate trainer for it and the current trainer will continue to be updated for the classic game.
Most likely a separate trainer. They use 2 different executable files AFAIK.
