Hi, well there is a way to get the hotrod.
Just start the last chapter and go to the North Millille, there is a tavern / bar here, normally u can find one hotrod here too.

You guys can download a patch that adds Free Ride option to the game. There are lot's of cars (includes both rare and secret cars) in the garage.

i just bought the greaser pack DLC for pc on ebay, i was tired of waiting, though now i'm waiting for this ebay seller to send me this pack or code or whatever, so i can get my hot rods.

will there be any other packs released on steam? cuz I only have made man pack, and I see poeple are talking about other packs, but how do you get them? on steam.

the packs as far as i can tell were exclusive to people who pre-purchased the game and where, best buy had the greaser pack add in and if you reserved from amazon you got the renegade pack, if like me, you didn't reserve it at either of these places, you can buy the packs on ebay.

where can i find that patch?

Do a search for Mafia II inside the steam store, then you will see the new DLC.
