Aliens vs. Predator (2010) Message Board  

Over all this game is really cool, the trainers that this site publishes are top notch in my opinion, thats why i paid to have an unlimited membership status , I am not complaining , i am only stating my opinion, i wish there was a way to create some sort of digital petition that anyone could "sign" and send to the programmers that created aliens vs. presator to completely remove these security checks from the single player game so that the trainers from this site would work with virtualy no problems, or even create a seperate SP exe file. I personaly do not like or try to use trainers for MP games, only SP, and i dont even use trainers for every game that i play


P.S, only trying to make it clear that i am only stating my opinion, to help prevent this thread from being removed , keep up the good work

It's just one more reason to hate Steam.

It's not Steam's fault, blame SEGA for putting the security checks up, or Rebellion, whichever one made the checks.

Games, or rather users, deserve to cheat in games, so long as it is singleplayer. These digital achievements mean nothing really, they are, after all, just things accomplished within a virtual world. Accomplishing them easier than those who strive harder, without cheats, isn't that big a deal. They shouldn't make such a fuss over something that is fun if you try, and fun if you don't. Maybe they should spend more time making the achievements unachieveable if games detect cheating (rather than crashing the game), or remove achievements altogether, they are after all, useless.
