Could someone please enlighten me about where we keep getting 29 missions? I played through the game and even did the secret mission and I only see 26 missions. I have also done the prophecy missions and all, and I still only see 26 missions. Am I missing something here, or is the number 29 wrong?

There are 3 points in the game where you make a choice which affects the mission you get. To unlock the other missions you must go back to a point in the campaign and replay the missions choosing the other option.

You cannot choose them from the mission history screen even if you have completed the last mission unless you choose the appropriate option during the story.

The rest of the missions are from the crystal Zeratul gave Raynor. Just access the crystal from the Laboratory.
