Regarding the Trainer 1.6/1.7, Increase Health, Ammo, No Reload. M....

Playing at top difficulty, Trainer prevents to be killed, but screen is full of blood spots( don´t worry by the inside part only),action is difficult to follow, Can it be avoided?
