Do this: No Biotic cooldown Note: This procedure involves editing a game file; create a backup copy of the file before proceeding. Use a text editor to edit the "BioGame.ini" file in the "/Documents/Bioware/Mass Effect/Config" directory. Locate the following line: m_bSkipPowerCooldown=FALSE and change it to: m_bSkipPowerCooldown=TRUE
