listen this may not stay up long but get a no cd crack for ur game Ive done this for my steam games that aren't valve listen do this and run from the crack after u start up the trainer worked for me on bloodrayne 2 because u crash in steam and don't have inter webs they like to force u to do online and update before u can offline mode i don't know if you'll remove this due to the crack version thing
