changeowner [TAG] [provid] - changes ownership of [provid] province to [TAG] country (check provinces folder for provid's)
ex: 'changeowner HUN 619' will give Vienna to Hungary.

changecontroller [TAG] [provid] - changes controller of [provid] province to [TAG] country (check provinces folder for provid's)

date [year] - sets the current date to 31st December of the previous year

Very well for the time being since it doesn't belong to the Habsburg Empire in 1836

open catalogue where you instaled game np. d:\Victoriia2\Technologies there you go list of all technologies present in game. then in catalogue history\countries you have all contriies present in game just chose one you want play and then make a cheange. you can have all discoveres on start the game ( remember code instantresearch in console work for both player and Ai) . In this file you can cheange plurality, prestigue, and literacy of all population of youre country.
IN catalogue victoria2\history\pops - you can chose country and cheange popuulation of province for chosen country.
In catalogue units you can cheange - stats of units - work for both player and AI
