open catalogue where you instaled game np. d:\Victoriia2\Technologies there you go list of all technologies present in game. then in catalogue history\countries you have all contriies present in game just chose one you want play and then make a cheange. you can have all discoveres on start the game ( remember code instantresearch in console work for both player and Ai) . In this file you can cheange plurality, prestigue, and literacy of all population of youre country. IN catalogue victoria2\history\pops - you can chose country and cheange popuulation of province for chosen country. In catalogue units you can cheange - stats of units - work for both player and AI

As a Paradox strategy games fan, I joined recently only to get a trainer for this one. If I may make a suggestion ... it appears very difficult to make a trainer that does more than can be achieved using console cheats. However, their savegames are still plain scripts, that is, text files.
My suggestion would be to try to make a savegame and/or config editor. Once configured where to look for savegame and config files, it should be relatively easy to edit certain values. That would overcome the "fast research" problem whereby every country gets a fast research. The player could edit his savegame or config files only once, and get the stuff he wants already researched, or his starting core provinces already able to support huge armies. And it would apply only to his country. Some other province or other parameters could be edited as well, I believe, quite easily... I still remember very good Hearts of Iron savegame editors made by amateur fans...
If the other users think the way I think, then we could collect suggestions on what should be edited, and politely ask our friends at CheatHappens to put in practice at least the most essential edits.
