I had to run the Social Club setup in Compatibility Mode in order to install it, but now how do I delete it now?

If you uninstalled the game it should've uninstalled along with it. If not, you still need Social Club to run GTA4.

    ...

I've uninstalled the game and want to do the same with the Social Club, which apparently is impossible on Windows 7.

Installing was easy, but the application doesn't have a uninstall.exe I can run on Compatibility Mode.

Tried with Add or Remove Programs in Control Panel?

Like I said in the first post, it will not allow me, because I can't find the uninstall.exe to run it on Compatibility Mode.

My next best suggestion is to try with CCLeaner.

    Right...

CCleaner runs the (un)Installer, that's the one that says the OS is incompatible.

    Link

This is what appeared when I tried to install it, but now to remove it I can't do it.
