Ok so I go to a day center a week on monday- off this week.
There is this man who can't help touching people, and he's stressing me out with this everytime I tell him to get off! he's back touching me as soon as I calm down.
Why should others have to put up with getting stressed all because of soical inclusion.

Punch him, its unwanted touching therefore A invasion of personal space, B unwanted physical activity and C possible molestation. Threaten him with law, if that fails, beat him with a chair

can't hit him either, as he's severly disabled.
If I quit..my soical worker will just get me back there.

Hmm, complain to staff? get them to keep him away from you, or when he touches you bite him, then claim you didnt do it, he's just being an ass because you wont let him touch you ^_^

Thanks I'll just stay in the corrider then out of the day room, WAIT that wouldn't help either, When we come and go home and for lunch.. he'll touch me.
and on the mini bus too.
This was last tuesday, so I was minding my own business playing Harvest moon on my DS. He sits next to me and I inore him, he turns and touches me.
on the mini bus I move as soon as I see his hand.
So even if I tell the staff, he'll still touch me.
Another time:
sitting there waiting for lunch he came up to my chair and stood right in front of it, and I had to keep moving my head.
I am not the problem here ?

You shouldn't put up with that. They need to learn its wrong, and if they can't understand that or behave then they are the problem and need to be taken somewhere more suitable for their needs.

I know that, but I bet it's due to that they think he's a disturbace at the place for severly disabled.
So now what do I do ?

Complain to the staff first, then if the staff do nothing about it take it higher and complain about both the guy touching you, and the staff who do nothing about it. If they arent stopping somebody sticking their hands all over you, disabled or not, they shouldnt have a job there to be honest. You shouldnt have to put up with that soort of crap and they should make sure this stuff doesnt happen. If they dont complain to their bosses. And failing that, complain to the police that none of the staff or management are stopping you being molested. Seriously, disabled or not, it's still a crime.
