i put developer in the target line and it wont work and the stupid trainers wont work either i have

Premium members may REQUEST new trainers and cheats using our request system as long as the game has not been permanently retired or multiplayer only in nature. the console wont work!!!!

i put -developer in the target line and it wont work and the stupid trainers wont work either i have the steam version so id like to know a way to cheat so i can use the console or atleast a working steam trainer. please help.

you might wanna create a shortcut directly from where the maxpayne exe is and add -developer on the end, pressing f12 should activate the console
