So with the new SC 2 game out is anyone restarting the originals to catch up on story and characters?

Yes Me too just got bought the original and brood war the other day. It arrived the morning so playing it now. Just doing the tutorial missions. having good fun though.

I usually get my butt kicked by the protoss so I decided to look for cheats since i no longer have the guide to look to for advice lol

Now that i found these cheats I'm going to start playing it and beat the crap out of those protoss lol

You need lots of mech play for protoss. Vultures/Gols with tanks (lots of tanks) with 3/3 upgrades is pretty tough to break. If you can secure a 2nd base, you can comfortably produce out of 5 or 6 factories.

Zerg needs lots of map control with hydras, lurkers, and defilers. It's a bit harder in terms of having to bring your attention to lots of areas. Generally the protoss have it harder to overcome.

Protoss vs protoss you just need more units than they have when you attack.
