I am having the same issue with my trainer that several others have mentioned here.
For the Dryad character it seems to run fine, I can buy anything and add levels and skills with no problems. But I have tried it for a Dragon Mage and High Elf as well and it doesnt work. I make sure to start the trainer while in gameplay, it shows the money or that you have leveled up, but wont let me buy anything or add attributes/skills
I have to say that most of your trainers are great! Thanks so much!!!

Likewise, anyone found a way to get skills on the dragon mage?

Not the only problem. I also get killed instantly by enemy when using Dragon Mage when using the infinite health option.
