If you put the lines to slow down the framerate in your variables.txt file, the new patch REMOVES those lines. I almost melted my video card a bit ago - make sure you put them back in!
For those of you who don't know what I'm talking about:
Add the following to your variables.txt file in your Starcraft II directory in My Documents:
frameratecapglue=30 frameratecap=60
to help slow down the constantly refreshing frame rate of all menus in SC. You won't notice much (if any) visual difference but it'll help keep your computer safe.

Mine are still there. They have just moved and were alphabetized into the rest of the file.

Patch Fixes Savegame Problems
And It fixes sound not playing on some 7.1 cards.

Confirmed on the forums that this was in the patch. as a temporary fix
