And miss out on the multi-player experience? I just re-hit the Gold League today. Vikings are so badass. Counters Void-Ray rushes, does harassments, and a group will shut down any greedy opponent easily by land harass > Force them to move their army to defend > Go into plane mode and move to different base > repeat.

this game is really a failure for 60 buks... How much are the expansions going to be? another 60? that would be outrageous...

It's like a HD version of Starcraft 1....

Units still run around without real strategy and getting stuck like idiots...

What is it with all this bashing of the expansions? They're not even out yet. They won't even be out this year.

Yeah shame on Blizzard for not implementing the lets walk through everything unit skill.

They are not stuck, there is just something surrounding units like walls and other things you just cant step on. Except the Protoss walkers.


The game is no where near a failure, the engine is very good for a start off, its ability to cope with so much going on running on a medium spec'd PC. Is excellent work.

The story is good work also, I do believe the 30+ scenario missions and some side missions is good value for money, and a tough MP.

No strategy you say? No it wouldn't seem like it if you use god mode all the way through the game, but on easy - normal the AI is not as responsive, but once you hit Brutal you will cry.

My worker got stuck between a wall and a bunker (I was wondering why he didn't build the other bunker and then I saw him going up and down)

As always Blizzard didn't fail with the requirements needed. My qc 6600+3870 gpu play it fine on 1920x1080@Ultra settings.

The 3 different games did bum me out but it's a game most of the old fans have been waiting for years, I can't wait for the protoss campaign.

I'm a little surprised by the length of time between expansions and I think that may have to do more with marketing than with development. The engine is in place, the units have been designed and balanced. To be perfectly honest, this game really grabbed me when it came to Char. I would have been much more excited had the entire game taken place there. Oh well! Great game, look forward to seeing what happens with the Zerg next.

Legacy of the void - dec 2010
heart of swarm - feb 2011 !!

Which (may I add) don't made no sense as I thought the zerg one was second!!

Yeah zerg is 2nd, to carry on the story.

I can see a new Overmind being born :P Maybe from that mad scientist's tank lol
