Well about this Indian-Mughal king Akbar. He really inspired me. I would really like to travel to his times and meet him.
Also who cannot forget Mahatma Gandhi? He inspired the world, many leaders followed his path of non-violence. I would love to meet him and follow him.
sounds like a trap

Well you want it to be?
@OP: Also read about Akbar's Dill-e-Illahi religion. He founded it by mixing Hindu-Islamic ideologies. I would have followed it if it existed as of now.
hey everyone i'm really bored so i wanted to know what all of your favorite times in history are so maybe i can study them or something
Ancient Greek mythology is fun to read up on and learn about. I find Ancient Egypt interesting to, though that's more the people's lifestyles and practices than the myths.
The Tudor period through to the Stewarts in British history is great too. From Henry VIII's changes to the church through to Charles I and the English Civil War (Yes, we had some of those too)
Those are my favourite periods to learn about, anyway.
Honestly I'm intrigued by the Druids of Roman Briton before the genocide that befell them at the behest of the Roman Empire's need for absolute control over the region.
What I find insane about the massacre is that Rome couldn't keep a hold on Briton even after nearly wiping out the Druids, so it was a total waste. Blood spilled in the name of pointless bloodshed.
It wasn't a total waste, they had control of England. Do I need to explain this to you again? >_>
