Officialy, CD Projekt RED declared they are giving the following goodies with the Enhanced Edition of the game:-

1) Official Game Soundtrack CD
2) Making Of Witcher DVD
3) Actual Game
4) Enhanced Edition Content + Djinni Editor
5) Game Guide (Hard Copy)
6) Area Map (Hard Copy)
7) The Witcher Short Story Book (Hard Copy)
Well I got the Platinum Edition Enhanced Edition comes with the Game manual game guide and bonus game content. I can only guess you did not receive the other stuff cause you where not from that country and they where not allowed to ship out there the other stuff or you bought it without the other bits and bobs.

Hence why I say if you want collectors stuff! Go to the store and get it. Pre ordered it and collect it. So you know you have got it in your hands.

It show's you :

*what edition has what in it's package
*what merchandise is REGION SPECIFIC

PS. In some editions ( like the platinum editions) merchandise is (like the map) on the disk and not in physical form . HOWEVER most all the merchandise can be downloaded legally from The Witcher website or fileplanet.com etc.
