Well if you have the Steam version as a lot of people do, it will automatically download for you. I have the steam version so Idk if when you launch it, it checks for updates. But to be helpful I used our good friend google and got lots of results. So I'm sure you can manually download the patch from someplace.
I'm not going to post any links though as they all seem like scene releases, for those lovely pirated copies.
