What is AV? Audio/Video? Anti-Virus?
Anti-virus. Typical order for troubleshooting compatibility with an Anti-Virus is to first disable it then (if disabling does not work as some AVs have components you cannot turn off) uninstalling it.
If you need an Anti-Virus, Microsoft Security Essentials is the AV that has the least conflicts with CHU's trainers (and has an easy to to allow them if it does detect them) and comes at the cost most are willing to pay (free).

Thank you for answering my question!, I turned off my A.V. and now I'm having fun playing Black Light Tango Down.
black light tango down trainers all crash now while being authenticated why ? they worked before today
CHU has been under DDOS attacks in the last day or so. Some authentication features are still not working 100%. The administrators are working on removing the few remaining issues. All we can do is be patient.
