Regarding the Mega Trainer 2.65.2, Instant Divine Gift Cooldowns, Inst....

Ok, I am following instruction on the trainer and this is not my first time to use a trainer. I have used previous trainers successfully.

This trainer will raise the skill points to 99 and the attributes and the available skills to 99. The XP bar will fill. However, the game won't let you spend the skill points attribute points, ect. in addition, the game realizes that a level up was not a level up and will return you character to it's original level once you reload the game.

Anyone else getting similar problems?

Ok, figured it out. You have to activate the trainer in the game world.
