hello thanks to all for your kind help.im kinda stuck my mpu growth is -32180 how can i get this to be positive so i can build i dont have enough manpower i think which is considered mpu my money also is -3,788,888,654 i need a tutorial and this dont have it so hope someone can help thanks again

Hey dude, I think all you need to do is to develop your own nation's industry.
I played as China, in the first scenario. Despite terrible financial deficit in the first 90 turns, I was able to revert the economy back to normal - my strategy was to construct factories across the nation, when the industry level hits 50, war is coming soon.
