I was having problems with the trainer v1.2 also. I had all the DLC's except for the shadowbroker. As I was downloading SB DLC I noticed that I did not have the 1.2 patch installed. I could have swore I previously downloaded the patch. I downloaded the patch again and the trainer works perfectly with all the DLC's including the latest one.

Make sure you have the the 1.2 game patch installed or maybe reinstall the patch to see if that helps with anyone having problems.
EA is the anti-Midas touch company. Everything they touch turns to garbage.

I'm unable to download the Trainer. There seems to be a server error or something. I've tried Chrome, FireFox, and IE (ewww!!). I'm also an unlimited member.

I downloaded the new DLC and all of a sudden the 1.02 trainer says that I do not have permission to use it and AVG thinks it's a virus.

AVG is the worst anti-virus ever seen, get a decent one! I suggest Kaspersky or avast!

Life is best for those who enjoy it, difficult for those who analyze it and worst for those who criticize it.

Actually, Avast! considers it a trojan, too. Had to exclude it.

I get a bucketload of false positives with Avast! I'm seriously considering moving to another AV.

Anyway, great post HonestGamer, though I have to say I've never had a problem using the trainer with DLC's - I have every ME2 DLC released to date installed with the 1.2 patch, and I've never found the trainer to be non-working. It must have something to do with individual system configurations rather than the game.

Well, except for the Hammerhead. That blasted... THING, refuses to be trained.

True, but using modifications you can find in another thread, I managed to make the Hammershed all but indestructable - still had to do a lot of dodging, but it was able to take a crapload more of a beating. I only died once and that was against the Geth cannon.
