So I just downloaded two new mods, One for a pulse rifle and some armor from Mass Effect. But the textures are all wrong, and I don't know why, I installed everything into the correct folders.
The list of mods I have: Aliens Pulse rifle Enclave Commander SAW M249 ME2 Inferno armor Mezz 100% Personal Terminal Recieve Tenpenny Suite
I also have all of the DLC's and I'm running version 1.7

either another mod is conflicting or you are missing textures. make sure you have the files in the right place and if you havnt already, download the fallout mod manager. it can detect some conflicts but it also lets you turn off mods so you can find the cause of the conflict if you have one. you might also need to turn the authorization off, it can block some textures. search for it on fallout 3 nexus its call ArchiveInvalidationInvalidated! you also might need FOSE search for that also. everything you needed to download should have been mentioned by the authors of those mods you listed you have so id go back to them and check first to see if youre missing something.

Program Files/Bethesda/Fallout3/data, then run FOMM or use the fallout launcher to enable them.
