Seen a few posts about new functionality.

It's not my intention to advertise another site, but since they're not a competitor and since PMWizard has said that CH are doing nothing new with CXL, then I'm much more relaxed about it.

Basically, visit Simtropolis www.simtropolis.com/forum/categories.cfm?catid=403 or CitiesXS www.citiesxs.net/forum/index.php/board,19.0.html and you will find mods for many things.

I suspect that with the unlocker mod and the sandbox mod installed, you will find the game much more fun in all respects.
