Hi, I was wondering if someone could help me - I am trying to get the rifle attachments (i.e. the scopes, laser sight, grenade launcher) and I open the console and type in:

con_restricted = 0

I then type in the codes (i.e. i_giveitem LAMRifle), but nothing happens. I also tried adding the con_restricted = 0 to the config file but that didn't work. Am I doing something wrong or is there something else I should try?

as always add -DEVMODE as a shortcut parameter then during the game type the following in the console (using the tilde key to drop it down)

r_displayinfo 0 (gets rid of excess data on screen)
i_noweaponlimit 1 (speaks for itself)
i_unlimitedammo 1 (again speaks for itself)
i_giveallitems
g_godmode 1

i am not so brilliant at this parameter thingy. i have the same problem with summoning but what to do with the -DEVMODE.. how to get it working?

First provide a shortcut on your desktop.

Next, right click on the shortcut and select properties.

Do you see the "Target" in the window?

Go to the end of the name and add -DEVMODE. Just add at the end, do not edit anything else.
