Flame me now if you must but I hope you don't. I have tried several times to improve my skills in the game but I just can't get the game to level up my skills. And yes I have read the game manual several times, thank you!

I feel silly I found out what the problem was I had to turn off the trainer options I had on while I was playing the game and now it works.
