its the thing infront of the mural downstairs in the speak thing the password for the speaky thingin is that the yellow one is the letter I the blue one is for the letter V the green one is for the letter L the red one is for the letter R and the door will open!

check ur map and then take the mosaiks and push the buttons where the dogs are each located
