Or maybe because they're Marines and, as the old Army joke goes, Marines exist to give employment to Graves Registration?
But the right answer probably is that 99% of US troops in Iraq spend their days sitting in camp because practically all of their combat roles are being filled by Iraqi units.
Nah. You're wrong. My solution is the answer, believe it!
"Marines exist to give employment to Graves Registration" - Dhampy that's not funny. That was a really grave situation for the Army.
...weren't doing so well in Iraq.
Well the solution is very simple, cuz you see they are Marines, meaning they do well on sea. Now I don't know if you people have noticed, but some 90% of Iraq is sand, the other 10% are dust.
So it's quite simple, the Marines are in the middle of arid desert lands instead of sea, full of dolphins, fish, whales and more recently oil. Now if the US deployed Deserters instead of Marines to Iraq I think the war would've had a different outcome.
Because Rangers lead the way.
It makes no sense to me either.
