Hello,
After I finished a mission some guy contacts me saying he can transport me all over Panau using beacons and my PDA.
Could someone please explain to me how this works?

Havent played the second one , in previous version you had to hire the helicopter pilot when doing the missions and check keyboard control for a key which, ones you pressed it helicopter pilot comes and picks you up.

press 4 on the keyboard and then e. than the blackmarket guy is coming with a heli and you can order weapons, cars and exfiltration.
