I am not allowed to to post links here but i have a trainer i downloaded somewhere that adds unlimited cash, cashflow and tokens all in one button.
Or you can use a mod at simtropolis, they have mods there to unlock all buildings, set buy/sell prices and so on.
The new singplayer game is great its the same as the online part only without players on your planet.
