ok so I remember this trainer working perfectly on an illegitimate copy of dirt2, well i bought it on steam... and the trainer does not crash, but only the money and stop timer work, the first place doesnt work.

Same issue here, steam version, first place cheat on trainer doesn't work.

Nope, and in domination, no luck either. It freezes the time, yes, but the game still calcuates time correctly for some reason.

And yes, tried activating per sector.

i haven't had any problems with trainer for dirt 2 the money cheat works.the only thing that i cant get do work is key 2 be first every time that cheat says it is on but key 2 will not work in game.Note:if you downloaded this game from windows market place download client.do not use trainer online i will disconnect you offline every time you use .you'll be able to use the trainer in the lobby online but when your getting ready to race it will disconnect you each time i know this cause i tried you will not be banned i play tons of games that i have trainers online never took affect but dirt 2 the only game so far don t work online with trainers

you know that it just doesnt work right? Theres no FAQ or troubleshooting that needs to be done... it doesnt work. and YES i replied to a year old reply to my topic... Why? Because im ballin.

I have the retail copy of this game and the first place cheat doesn't work for me either.

I don't get why the retail copy doesn't work but mine to works on an illegitimate copy of the game that I just downloaded. I can still play online since I activated the game so just glad it works now.
