I hope this game is a game where i can play as if im a Jack Bauer, meant in the way i want to be able to go into a room, and rip them apart and do the most damage and get my information to further my mission.

I want the tough choices do i rip out this guys throat in order to intimidate another person in the room, do i shoot someones legs in order to force the information out of them.

Do i get to say damn it all the time, i want to have the options to do it alot of different ways, the choices i hope that are in the game are use someone as a human bomb, get the information and plant someone as a decoy while i escape and such kind of options on a mission.

But in general i just want the 24 kind of play through feel in this game, even if it is a entirely different game.

yea..i hope this is a Jack Bauer kinda game too. by the looks of it seems pretty cool but we'll have to wait and see the final product. it helps not getting our hopes too high though.

True but then again we are talking about a heck of a game developer, that is making the game.

But it is important not to set one self up to be disappointed.

Honestly, I know a lot of people hate on Obsidian, but I don't care to figure out why. KOTOR 2 wasn't their fault, it was LucasArts wanting to milk KOTOR dry by Christmas.

What I DO know, is that we RARELY if EVER get a modern/semi-futuristic espionage/spy/shooter RPG.

I'm hoping for a Jack Bauer style of play too, but I'm more interested in just getting the game itself as up-to-snuff in today's market. I'd hate for this utterly unique idea to flop because the publisher pushed Obsidian too hard like with KOTOR 2.

I might be one of the few that actually liked SWkotor 2, and i have not been disappointed in obsidian at any time, i like there way of telling a story, same way that i like bioware for making your choices have an effect and also they tend to be great at telling a story.

The concept of this game has really caught my attention, I'm digging the stealth/action/rpg combo. The part I am most worried about is the freedom of choice part. Will it be real choices/consequences, or will it just give different types of replies from various NPC's while the story continue on it's set path, either way I'll be keeping a very good eye on this game.

If they do the choices and such, like Swkotor ill be quite happy with it.

Just around a week until it is set to be released on Steam here in europe.
